Privacy Policy

It would be poor form for a business built on data protection to have a careless privacy policy. This one is deliberately short, because we collect very little.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, firm, email address, phone number (if you provide one), sector and message you enter. That is all.

Our site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are configured to measure aggregate page usage rather than to identify individuals, and no analytics provider is given your enquiry details.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry and to have a conversation about whether we can help. Nothing else.

What we do not do

• We do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
• We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not use your enquiry content to train anything.

Where it goes

Enquiry form submissions are delivered via Formspree, a form-handling service, and arrive in our email. Formspree processes the submission solely to deliver it to us. As with any contact form, please do not include confidential client, patient or matter information — a general description of your situation is all we need at first contact.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence while there is an active conversation and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. If you ask us to delete it, we will.

Access, correction and complaints

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@onprem.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable time.

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a privacy matter, you may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if something goes wrong in a way that affects you.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be described rather than quietly substituted.
